An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly organised and commercially astute Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a dynamic and hands-on Director of a successful property investment and development group. This is a true right-hand PA role requiring someone who can seamlessly manage a demanding workload, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure the Director can operate at maximum efficiency.
We are seeking an experienced PA with previous experience within a corporate environment, who is comfortable switching between strategic business support and personal PA duties. This role requires someone who is always one step ahead, highly resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
This position is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with on-site parking available, generous holidays and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the Director's primary point of support across business, operational and personal matters
- Complex diary management, scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
- Managing a high volume of personal PA responsibilities, ensuring all aspects of the Director's day-to-day life run smoothly
- Drafting professional correspondence, emails and communications on behalf of the Director
- Coordinating travel arrangements, logistics, deliveries and collections across multiple locations
- Managing documents, records, expenses and general administration
- Monitoring and updating task trackers, spreadsheets and project lists
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and professional contacts
- Supporting with ad hoc projects and confidential matters as required
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Private PA or similar senior support role
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or directors within a corporate environment is essential
- Demonstrable experience managing extensive personal PA responsibilities alongside business support
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly proactive with the ability to think ahead and take ownership of tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
