Overview
Our client is a high-end family law practice in North London seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their team. This opportunity would suit someone with legal secretarial skills seeking a varied position in a friendly, team orientated environment.
This is a hybrid position which offers a work life balance and the opportunity to grow as part of an established firm that values their staff.
Base pay range
This range is provided by Fame Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience β talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support within the family law and wills and probate teams
- Assisting with file opening, client due diligence and engagement letters
- Preparing legal documents and handling client correspondence
- Assist with monthly legal billing for fee earners as required, training is offered
- Arranging meetings, conference calls and room bookings
Qualifications
- Administration/Secretarial experience in a law firm β desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with strong communication skills
