A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a well-regarded firm of solicitors based in North West London. Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, this role offers hands-on exposure to both pre-completion and post-completion work in a dynamic workplace.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with a wide range of post-completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms
  • Processing applications and registrations at Companies House
  • Supporting pre-completion work, including liaising with fee-earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee-earners on their caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least two year’s experience in conveyancing - essential
  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
