Our client is a fast-growing Telecommunications company located in North London with various retail stores across the UK. They are recruiting for an HR & Operations Administrator to support their growing team and help ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all employees across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team in a varied role that blends HR responsibilities with operations and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Draft job specifications, create recruitment adverts and liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Prepare job offer packs, contracts, and onboard new hires
  • Administer HR processes such as starters, leavers and contract changes
  • Manage employee benefit schemes
  • Maintain accurate electronic HR records and filing systems
  • Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisals
  • Maintain Bright HR records (sickness, holidays, bank holidays, etc.)
  • Produce regular HR management reports
  • Take minutes and act as note-taker for formal HR meetings
  • Create and maintain joiner and leaver processes and feedback protocols
  • Manage weekly internal team updates
  • Book travel and accommodation for staff
  • Organise onsite and offsite team events
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects as required
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR role
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office and HR software – Bright HR a plus)
