Our client is a dynamic family office specialising in property-backed finance. With expertise in short-term funding, senior debt and moderate LTV deals, the team is expanding rapidly and are on the search for a motivated Graduate Analyst to their team. This fantastic position is based in the heart of W1, Central London.
Duties will include:
- Assess enquiries from brokers and borrowers
- Conduct research on properties, comparables, cost plans and business appraisals
- Evaluate financial viability and make recommendations to the credit committee
- Prepare indicative terms for deals
- Attend borrower meetings and conduct detailed deal research
- Liaise with brokers and borrowers to obtain necessary information
- Reassess deals based on updated information
- Prepare presentations and internal loan book reviews
Key Requirements:
- Passion for property finance and a drive to succeed
- Finance / Business related Degree
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong numeracy, research and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Costar, Companies House, Zoopla, and Rightmove are desirable
