An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a fluent French-speaking Private Personal Assistant to join a prestigious Family Office based in Kensington & Chelsea, one of London’s most sought-after areas. This is a highly varied and fast-paced position supporting two Principals and their extended families across their personal, professional, and property-related affairs. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring the smooth running of both business and personal matters in the UK and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive and private PA support to the Principals and their families
- Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and agendas for the Principals
- Manage and maintain the family calendar and inbox correspondence
- Oversee and update personal and business contact databases
- Liaise with international households and staff across multiple residences in France and New York
- Handle insurer contracts, annual renewals, and supplier agreements for properties and art collections worldwide
- Approve invoices and manage payments for suppliers and contractors
- Assist with personal projects and event arrangements as required
- Provide day-to-day office management support
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal) – essential
- Previous experience as a Private or Executive Assistant supporting HNWIs, a family office or similar environment
- Degree-educated – essential
- Discreet, proactive, and highly organised with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
