Our client, a well-established national IT consultancy headquartered in Central London, is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director. This is a pivotal role within a growing and fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment, along with some exposure to office management responsibilities. This role will involve contributing to a range of projects aimed at fostering a dynamic and engaging workplace culture, while supporting the broader success of the business. As a key point of coordination within the company, it requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. Key Responsibilities: • Providing EA support to the Managing Director • Diary and email management • Working on client led projects and ensuring timelines are followed • Organising and attending client meetings, managing agendas and ensuring follow-up actions are completed • Collaborating with the Management team to implement and sustain effective business processes • Culture & People: Creating a supportive and vibrant workplace by delivering a high-quality experience for team members based in the London office. • Office Management • Organising company events to facilitate cultural support and team building Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree – ideally with a 2:1 classification • 3 years of experience working at Director level as an Executive Assistant/PA • Experience in office/operations management • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint This is an excellent opportunity for a Degree educated Executive Assistant seeking an involved role which offers variety and career prospects.
