Our client, a well-established national IT consultancy headquartered in Central London, is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director. This is a pivotal role within a growing and fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment, along with some exposure to office management responsibilities.
This role will involve contributing to a range of projects aimed at fostering a dynamic and engaging workplace culture, while supporting the broader success of the business. Key Responsibilities:- Providing EA support to the Managing Director
- Diary and email management
- Working on client led projects and ensuring timelines are followed
- Organising and attending client meetings, managing agendas and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Collaborating with the Management team to implement and sustain effective business processes
- Creating a supportive and vibrant workplace by delivering a high-quality experience for team members based in the London office.

- Bachelorβs degree - ideally with a 2:1 classification
- 3 years of experience working at Director level as an Executive Assistant/PA
- Experience in office/operations management
