An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and highly organised Secretary / PA to join a busy and well-established accountancy practice. This is a varied role providing essential administrative, PA and relief reception support within a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for one Director, including scheduling client meetings and internal appointments, as well as arranging Teams and Zoom meetings
  • Managing and responding to client emails
  • Onboarding new clients onto internal databases
  • Preparing and issuing client documentation
  • Ordering office supplies and supporting general office administration
  • Supporting new client onboarding including AML checks and preparation of engagement letters for individuals and companies
  • Managing incoming post and updating client records on CCH
  • Providing relief reception cover, including meeting and greeting clients and handling incoming calls

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Secretary, PA or Administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
