A privately run London family office is seeking a senior, high-trust Executive Assistant to support the Principal, while working closely with the COO and a small operations team. This is a hands-on, office-based role combining executive support, family coordination, and business administration, with involvement in international matters and Israel-based interests, as well as property, trusts, and charitable activity. An understanding of Hebrew is desirable however is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact between family, household staff, advisors, and the office
