A well-established and highly regarded property company based in W1 is looking for a Property Sales Support & Office Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting a successful sales team, with additional PA support to the CEO and responsibility for helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This fantastic opportunity offers 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, fully office-based in W1, offering the opportunity to work within an established property business in a varied role with excellent exposure to senior management and a successful sales team.

The Role:

  • Supporting a dynamic sales team
  • Preparing and issuing sales memorandums
  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across relevant property portals
  • Managing and maintaining the Reapit database
  • Diary management and coordinating appointments
  • Preparing property particulars and sales-related documentation
  • Assisting with client communication and general sales administration
  • Providing occasional PA support to the CEO
  • Supporting office management and the smooth running of the office
  • Acting as a reliable point of support for the wider sales team

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience within residential property/estate agency is essential
  • Understanding of property sales administration
  • Experience using Reapit is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
