A well-established and busy legal practice is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in E5. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for clients, while also providing essential administrative support to the property and wider legal team.
This is a fully office-based role with working hours of Monday to Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm and Friday 9:00am–3:00pm. The role offers a generous benefits package, including 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with on-site parking available.
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general reception duties
- Preparing and formatting legal and property documentation
- Assisting with file opening, document management and case administration
Previous experience in a corporate, legal or professional services environment (essential).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Property administration experience is highly desirable.
