Our client is looking for an organised and friendly Administrator / Receptionist to join their established Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a beautiful office setting alongside a supportive management team. The role offers plenty of variety, encompassing administration, customer service, reception, and property support duties.
- Answering calls from tenants and helping with queries
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Supporting the Lettings and Property Management teams
- Managing diaries, appointments, and general administration
- Maintaining property records and databases
- Handling post and ordering office supplies
Previous administration, reception or property experience is required along with good Microsoft Office skills. This is a fully office-based role and an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful property group. The hours are Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm.
