Our client is a well-established and impactful charity recruiting for a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a busy role combining high-level EA support with responsibility for Trustee Board coordination, governance administration, and head office operations.

This position is full time, office-based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Generous holidays are on offer alongside a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including complex diary management, travel coordination, briefing packs, and correspondence.
  • Support senior leadership with diary and administrative coordination as required.
  • Coordinate quarterly Trustee Board and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, venue/virtual setup, and action tracking.
  • Oversee and finalise meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely distribution.
  • Manage governance documentation, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for head office administration, suppliers, and meeting coordination.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leaders.
  • Strong experience coordinating Board or Trustee meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills and high levels of discretion.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
