Our client is a well-established and impactful charity recruiting for a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a busy role combining high-level EA support with responsibility for Trustee Board coordination, governance administration, and head office operations.
This position is full time, office-based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Generous holidays are on offer alongside a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including complex diary management, travel coordination, briefing packs, and correspondence.
- Support senior leadership with diary and administrative coordination as required.
- Coordinate quarterly Trustee Board and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, venue/virtual setup, and action tracking.
- Oversee and finalise meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely distribution.
- Manage governance documentation, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for head office administration, suppliers, and meeting coordination.
- Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leaders.
- Strong experience coordinating Board or Trustee meetings, including minute-taking.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Excellent communication skills and high levels of discretion.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
