An established and growing property management company based in North West London is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position, based in state-of-the-art offices with parking available. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.15am-5.30pm. Candidates must hold a clean driver’s licence and have access to their own car in order to apply for this role.
Duties will include:
- Management of approximately 200 residential properties, including properties owned by the local council
- Handling all aspects of property maintenance management
- Liaising with tenants regarding repairs and ongoing issues
- Coordinating engineers and contractors for property visits
- Managing day-to-day property management tasks
- Overseeing maintenance and repair work
- Communicating with Local Authorities for licenses, potential clients & leasing out properties
Skills and Attributes:
- 3 years experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills and ability to use property management systems
- Car driver
