Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm based in North West London, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with post-completion experience to provide dedicated support to one of their Solicitors. This is a key role within the Conveyancing department, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to further develop their expertise in a professional and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing post-completion matters while contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submitting SDLT returns and AP1 applications
  • Preparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications
  • Managing post-completion formalities, including closing completed files
  • Scheduling deeds and reconciling accounts
  • Handling the discharge of registered charges
  • Conducting legal research
  • Producing reports and updates as required
  • Managing your own workload efficiently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with strong post-completion experience (essential).
  • A Law degree (LLB), LPC/SQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • A proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience using legal case management systems and other legal software (essential).
