Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in North West London, is seeking a detail-oriented Post Completion Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing team. This is a key role within the department, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience to further develop their skills in a professional environment that values high standards and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submitting SDLT returns and AP1 applications
  • Preparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications
  • Managing post-completion formalities, including closing completed files
  • Scheduling deeds and reconciling accounts
  • Handling the discharge of registered charges
  • Conducting legal research
  • Producing reports and updates as required
  • Managing your own workload efficiently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing / post-completion work - essential
