Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm based in North West London, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with post-completion experience to provide dedicated support to one of their Solicitors.
This is a key role within the Conveyancing department, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to further develop their expertise in a professional and supportive environment.
- Preparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications
- Scheduling deeds and reconciling accounts
- Conducting legal research
- Managing your own workload efficiently with minimal supervision
A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with strong post-completion experience (essential).
A Law degree (LLB), LPC/SQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent legal qualification.
The ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced legal environment.
Experience using legal case management systems and other legal software (essential).
