Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in North West London, is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Completion Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Submitting SDLT returns and AP1 applications
- Preparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications

- Handling the discharge of registered charges
- Conducting legal research
- Producing reports and updates as required
- Managing your own workload efficiently with minimal supervision
