Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, handling high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Process bookkeeping, including double-entry bookkeeping, and post journal entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage daily payment runs and payment processing.
- Oversee receivables allocation and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
- Draft portfolio statements for funders with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare mortgage and repayment statements for borrowers.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support general financial administration, working confidently with large transaction volumes and frequent reconciliations.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ year's experience in a bookkeeping / finance position, ideally within an accountancy practice or property finance (e.g. buy-to-let, bridging, residential or commercial lending).
- Strong knowledge of accounting software.
