We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join a reputable and well-established property management company based in North West London. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service to clients, tenants and leaseholders. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the property management team. Arrange reactive maintenance call-outs and coordinate contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Schedule planned maintenance and statutory servicing works as required. Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, contractors and clients. Handle queries relating to service charges, repairs and maintenance works. Process, check and manage supplier invoices accurately. Maintain accurate records using the company's property management systems. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements.
