Our client, a well-established non-profit organisation with strong ties to Israel, is seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor – Wills Probate to join its friendly and supportive Legacy team.
This is an excellent part-time opportunity (25–30 hours per week) for a qualified Solicitor or Probate Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters, while delivering a compassionate, professional and client-focused service to individuals and their families.
This is a part-time role offering a competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000 pro rata.
The position includes flexible hybrid working arrangements, an early finish on Fridays, and a generous annual leave package, including Bank Holidays and additional office closures throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters from initial instruction through to distribution.
Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax calculations and submissions.
Draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other private client documents.
Administer Trusts and assist with Estate planning matters.
Liaise with beneficiaries, executors, families and professional advisers throughout the Probate process.
Handle tax matters, including income tax and capital gains tax where required.
