This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with previous property/conveyancing experience who is looking for a varied role within an established and reputable firm.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, offering on-site parking and an excellent holiday allowance.
Duties will include:
Opening files and completing KYC checks
Dealing with source of funds and ordering searches
Preparing and sending contracts on exchange
Sending documents to third parties and liaising with relevant parties
Receipting funds
Drafting security documents
Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
Handling Land Registry registrations and expediting applications
Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
Completing Companies House registrations
