We are looking for a strong, tenacious and experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a busy and growing property management group based in North West London.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in rent arrears, credit control and housing/property-related legal processes.
The position offers generous annual leave, on-site parking and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and pursue rent arrears, taking timely and appropriate action to maximise rent collection and minimise outstanding balances.
Manage and monitor tenants' Universal Credit claims, ensuring claims are maintained correctly and payments are received and appropriately allocated to rent accounts.
Work proactively with tenants, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), local authorities and other relevant agencies to resolve issues affecting Universal Credit claims.
