Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance, prepare for inspections, and uphold all statutory requirements.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff, promoting a positive and professional culture.
- Ensure robust care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding measures are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Support growth of the service, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements where required.

Requirements
- Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care (minimum 2 years preferred).
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
