Falx Group is looking for a highly organised Business Operations Associate to join our growing team in Leeds. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll work across business operations, admin, project coordination, finance support, and sales support.
As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll support leadership, consulting, and engineering teams by handling essential operational work, coordinating internal activity, and ensuring key workflows don’t slip. Because we’re a scale-up, priorities will change – so we’re looking for someone who can shift gears easily, stay on top of detail, and take ownership of getting things done.
What You Will Do
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across Falx Group.
- Provide admin support: scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel/logistics.
- Coordinate internal activity: project trackers, actions, updates, and follow-ups.
- Support finance ops: invoicing, expenses, and purchase/admin workflows.
- Support sales ops: CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, proposals/SOW coordination, and scheduling.
- Manage subscriptions, suppliers, renewals, and basic procurement.
- Maintain and improve documentation, templates, and internal playbooks.
- Spot inefficiencies and help improve processes and tooling.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in operations, coordination, admin, or business support (scale-up/consultancy a plus).
- Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including with clients/partners.
- Comfortable with modern tools (Google Workspace, shared docs, calendars, project tooling).
- Discretion and good judgement with sensitive information.
- Proactive ownership: you see gaps and own them.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
Your Career Pathway
This role provides a progression route into Operations Management, Project / Programme Coordination, Commercial Operations, or broader Business Management. You’ll gain direct exposure to how a modern consultancy and provider scales - and you’ll grow in responsibility as the business grows, supported by:
- Dedicated mentorship from senior leaders
- Structured progression planning and regular development check-ins
- Funded training and certification pathways (role-relevant)
Why Join Us
- Varied, high-impact role with visibility across the whole business
- Direct opportunity to shape how a fast-growing company operates
- A culture centred on ownership, learning, and high standards
- Private healthcare
- Fully funded training and conference time
- Certifications allowance
- Additional day annual leave on Birthday and voucher
- Employee benefits portal
