This position is advertised on behalf of the Falmouth & Exeter Students' Union. As the Academic Representation Coordinator, you will plan, manage, and lead the operational support for our academic representation system, empowering student representatives at every level to effectively advocate for their peers.

You will design and deliver training and resources, build relationships with university staff, and close the loop on student feedback, creating a genuine partnership between students and their institutions.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with and empowering students, with a proactive approach and strong organisational skills. You are a confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels, and you take pride in finding solutions and driving meaningful change. You are comfortable working both collaboratively and independently, bringing energy and structure to everything you do.

This is a permanent position on a 1.0 contract for 35 hours per week. A flexible approach to working hours is required. The successful candidate will be required to work across Penryn, Falmouth, and Truro campuses, as the role involves collaboration and student-facing responsibilities.
