We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Academic Developer to join our partnerships team. This full‑time role will support the University and our partners in delivering excellence in higher education, focusing on learning and teaching aspects of our academic partnerships, including quality and standards, academic judgments on applications, assessment and feedback practices, and creative pedagogies.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role will work closely with the partnerships team to facilitate the holistic academic partner relationship, taking an active role in helping academic partners meet and understand key quality and standards metrics and supporting them in meeting these benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
  • A clear commitment to the development of teaching and learning.
  • Experience in the regulatory frameworks in higher education and the ability to contribute to developing new ways of teaching and learning.
  • A team player ready to collaborate and engage with colleagues across the university and our academic partners.

Working Hours & Location

  • This is a full‑time, 35 hours per week role, working Monday‑Friday.
  • The role offers a hybrid flexible approach to working with the opportunity to work from home some of the week.
  • Travel to our academic partners will be required.
