We’re looking to recruit a Course Advisor who is passionate about delivering growth and overachieving targets, by recruiting students globally for Falmouth University’s growing number of degree courses. Working alongside marketing and admissions colleagues to manage the sales pipeline, the role will support our international and domestic student recruitment activity at Falmouth University and help achieve ambitious targets. The main focus is on undertaking sales activity by telephone, email, and other platforms with prospective students to maximise enrolments for our online courses, who have enquired about a programme of study with Falmouth.

The successful candidate will be sales‑oriented, proactive and hardworking, contributing to making Falmouth University a great place to work. It is a fast‑paced environment requiring energy and agility to meet targets. You’ll be self‑motivated, keen to learn and able to manage a sales pipeline using a CRM system.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake sales activity by telephone, email and other platforms with prospective students to maximise enrolments for online courses who have enquired about a programme of study with Falmouth.
  • Work alongside marketing and admissions colleagues to manage the sales pipeline and support international and domestic student recruitment activity.
  • Utilise a CRM system to manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Recent and relevant proven inside sales recruitment experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a commercial education environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and associated processes.
  • Proven ability to drive targets/processes from plan to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of a product and/or services portfolio and position them against competitors.
Details
  • Role is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
  • Hybrid role requiring both working from home and on‑campus presence.
