Contract: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week

About the job

Are you passionate about protecting our environment and supporting our communities? This is a busy job, working with a diverse range of partners across Falmouth, including community groups, residents, visitors, councillors, organisations, and businesses. Duties will include delivering environmental education and enforcement services, and working with our residents and communities to tackle everyday environmental challenges.

About you

You’ll need proven experience of dealing with people in a positive and educative way, as well as experience of dealing with confrontational situations. You’ll need great communication skills and be able to work well with colleagues, partners and community groups. You’ll need to be passionate about empowering people to understand the impact of their actions and inspire meaningful, positive change.
