Our client, a leading independent property consultancy in the Midlands market, is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their team in the Birmingham office. Primarily undertaking red book valuations for secured lending purposes and reporting to the Head of Valuations, role tasks will include:
Undertaking site inspections and taking accurate measurements
Assembling property information and reviewing searches
Reviewing and analysing occupational leases and their impact on value
Applying expert local knowledge and awareness of the local property market
Producing Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
RICS Registered Valuer status
Minimum of 2 years Post Qualification Experience
Broad valuation experience ideally including experience valuing industrial, retail, residential, mixed use, offices and HMOs
Good understanding of the local property market and surrounding counties
Full UK driving licence
Working pattern:
Hybrid with 1-2 days per week working from home.
Regular travel required for inspections.
Remuneration:
Salary will be dependent on prior experience of the successful candidate but is expected to be £48, – £52, plus a £4, car allowance and benefits and bonus.
