Remuneration: £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The Role: The Project Manager will be joining a small, proactive team and will be given the autonomy to be client facing and lead projects up to circa £10 million across the RIBA cycle in addition to working with one of the directors on larger £20+ million schemes with a view to progress their career to leading on these schemes in the future. The business works across a wide range of private client assets covering high-end residential, industrial / logistics, hospitality, office, PBSA and BtR. Initial schemes would include three high-end residential refurbishment projects (c. £1 - £4 million), a £5 million hotel refurbishment and a larger £50+ million logistics new build.
