We are currently working with a uniquely positioned multidisciplinary real estate business that handles both consultancy development and project management work for leading institutions as well as driving forward its own investment and development schemes. They have an exceptional talented team and are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Development Project Manager to join the London office.
Remuneration: £80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus c.10 – 20% London office 4/1 set up.
The Role: The Senior Project Manager will be joining a small, proactive team and will report into one of the directors with responsibility for leading new‐build and refurbishment projects across the 360‐project lifecycle. Their core sector focus is industrial, hotel, office and residential/PBSA with project values between £5 million to c £80 million. The Project Manager will initially focus on a c.£50 million new‐build PBSA scheme at outline planning and a £10 million apart hotel scheme moving into site delivery with a number of future schemes and development coming online.
As the business is uniquely positioned offering both consulting services as well as investing and developing its own schemes, in addition to project running and helping with business development, the SPM will also work with the capital markets and analyst team assessing potential new investment and development opportunities. Experience in front‐end development appraisals, feasibility, due diligence and planning would be advantageous.

Requirements:
- MRICS qualified with a BSc in Project Management
- Circa 6+ years' PQE experience managing 360 projects preferably within the hotel, industrial, office and residential/PBSA sector.
- Additional experience in development management (inputting into appraisals, DD and planning) would be advantageous.
