The Company and The Role

Our client is a private property Investment Company with a large, directly managed mixed-use portfolio in Central London. To enable an internal promotion, the Residential team are seeking a Residential Administrator / Receptionist to support the team in a role spanning three key areas:

  • Lettings Administration: Supporting the residential lettings process from accepted offers through to tenancy set-up including arranging applicant referencing, tenant checks, populating tenancy agreements, setting up new tenancies on the database and assisting with ad hoc day-to-day responsibilities within the Residential Team.
  • Reception: Acting as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and callers, preparing meeting rooms, assisting contractors with key collection and assisting with ad hoc day-to-day office and reception responsibilities.
  • Residential Administration: Processing utility invoices, providing scheduling support for the Residential Property Team, submitting meter readings, coordinating compliance-related inspections (e.g. Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, EICRs), arranging access to residential properties for inspections and compliance checks and providing general administrative support to the Residential Team.

Candidate profile:

A highly organised, professional and personable individual seeking a long-term role. Previous experience in a busy administrative, receptionist or property-related role is strongly preferred. An administrative role in residential lettings would be ideal. Strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Remuneration:

The salary level for this position is dependant on prior experience but is likely to be c. £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary plus benefits and a discretionary annual bonus.
