Our client is a leading property company who have a substantial portfolio of industrial properties throughout London and the South East and continue to expand their portfolio and add value through proactive management. This role will be working within their successful Asset Management team and will provide hands-on experience managing the property portfolio to maximise income and rental growth. The successful candidate will be supported through their APC to become MRICS qualified.
Main Responsibilities
- Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings
- Liaise with tenants
- Oversee refurbishment works
- Attend site inspections
- Manage service charge budgets
- Manage third parties including property agents
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- RICS accredited degree essential
- Work experience within commercial real estate (up to 1 year of graduate experience)
- Industrial experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, motivated and results driven
Remuneration
Competitive basic salary (£28,000 - £37,000 depending on prior experience) plus performance related bonus.
