We are currently working with the London office of an expanding multidisciplinary consultancy which provides Project, Cost, Development Management and Fund monitoring services to their client. Due to a secure project pipeline and the growth of the London office they are looking to hire a Project Manager to their team.

Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The Role

The Project Manager will be joining a small, proactive team and will be given experience across a range of projects covering Residential (BtR and high-end private homes), PBSA, Hotel, Leisure, Healthcare, Commercial, and Film Studios. You will gain exposure across the RIBA lifecycle on projects valued between £1 million and c.£10 + million working with private clients through to well-known businesses such as L&G, ICG, Grainger and Moda.

Given the current small size of the London team, you will report into an Associate Director (head of London office) and there is good opportunity for career progression and autonomously lead projects and clients. They are looking for a proactive individual who is currently undertaking their APC (which they can support) or who has recently qualified and is looking for the next step in their career.

Requirements

  • Current APC candidate or recently qualified with a BSc in Project Management
  • Circa 3+ years’ UK experience across the RIBA project lifecycle with understanding of JCT contract, programme delivery and client interaction.
  • Sector experience preferably within the residential, hotel and office sector.
