A specialist UK logistics & industrial development and asset manager focused on executing value-add and development strategies is seeking an Investment Associate to join their growing team prompted by recent acquisitions and growing PE partner interest. This individual will take ownership of deal execution across underwriting, IC, financing, and completion working alongside the Partners.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Being part of a small team, this person will gain broad exposure to the investment process working on the execution of new acquisitions.
Key areas of role coverage will include:
- Market Intelligence
- Underwriting & Investment Committee
- Due Diligence and execution
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 3–5 years in real estate private equity / principal or corporate finance investment focused analytical work.
- Demonstrated UK logistics / industrial exposure is essential (MLI a plus).
- Advanced Excel (fully integrated cashflows, debt schedules, waterfalls).
- Demonstrated execution experience across at least 2 closed transactions in the UK.
- High ownership bias, deadline discipline, and comfort in a lean team.
Salary & Remuneration
A salary range of £75,000 - £85,000 dependant on experience, plus a discretionary, performance related bonus at PE level (guided at 75%).
