We are currently working with a mid-sized, multi award-winning commercial consultancy that brings a fresh, innovative approach to delivering projects within London’s office market. Due to success and year-on-year growth, they are expanding their team and are seeking an Associate Director level Project Manager with experience in landlord CAT A+ office fit-out to lead this service offering and business unit.

The Role: The Associate Director / Director level Project Manager will join a dynamic team in their central London office and be responsible for driving their investor sector work. The role has three main facets:
- Project Management: managing projects from initial client engagement and design through delivery to completion of complex investor-side redevelopment, asset repositioning, and CAT A+ office fit-out projects valued around £10 million.
- Business Development: leveraging existing relationships to grow the business through networking and engaging with landlord/investor clients to pitch services and demonstrate business experience.
- Business / Team Management: hiring, managing, and mentoring a dedicated office investment project management team and being responsible for business service line strategy reporting to the executive team.

Requirements: MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in Project Management. Approximately 10+ years of experience managing projects within the investor/landlord CAT A+ space, as well as the occupier CAT B office sector. Proven track record in client engagement and business development within the investor/landlord office market. Experience in growing and managing a team or a strong desire to take on this role. Strategic thinker capable of leading a growing service line reporting to executive level.
