A leading property company with a substantial portfolio of trophy assets in central London is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team in a growth hire. The team is responsible for the asset management of a substantial commercial portfolio of office led assets in central London. This person will work on this portfolio reporting to the Head of Asset Management.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for a portfolio of commercial assets in central London
- Attend regular Management meetings
- Provide property and portfolio advice to the Management Board
- Develop and grow strategies to preserve and enhance asset values
- Review property budgets and financial plans
- Manage the leasing process and marketing programmes
- Monitor performance of property managers, letting agents and service providers
Candidates should:
- Be a Chartered Surveyor
- Have a minimum of 2 years property or asset management experience in the UK with central London office experience
