A super-prime, prominent London estate is seeking a High Net Worth Property Manager to manage the Estate’s High Net Worth Assured Shorthold portfolio in a blended portfolio and property management position.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Portfolio management: Managing a prime portfolio of high-value residential properties occupied by high-net-worth tenants.
- Lettings and marketing: Overseeing the full marketing and letting process, working closely with agents.
- Tenancy documentation.
- Renewals and rent reviews.
- Repairs and maintenance.

- Compliance and statutory records.

Candidates should have:
