The Company – A dynamic, rapidly scaling PE backed developer operator in the global data centre market is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join their growing team working on high impact, high return projects. The Role – Focused at corporate level this individual will support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, assisting in all phases of the deal lifecycle from sourcing to completion. Tasks will include: Building and maintaining financial models to inform investment decisions and scenario analysis Coordinating internal and external cross-functional workstreams Supporting capital markets activities, including preparing investor presentations Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents Preparing high-quality investment committee materials The Candidate – Candidates for this role must have: Experience in an investment focused analytical role at a top tier company with a PE background. M&A experience Excellent financial modelling skills and able to build detailed, transaction-grade models Strong academics from a top university Data centre experience is highly desirable but not essential. The Opportunity – This person will join a dedicated, vibrant, dynamic and talented team of people who are deeply passionate about data centres for good. Pay range and compensation package – The basic salary will be dependent on experience, but the likely salary range is c. £75,000 (though there is some upwards flex on this) plus a strong bonus and a range of corporate benefits.
