Residential Property Manager

A super‑prime, prominent London estate is seeking a High Net Worth Property Manager to manage the Estate’s High Net Worth Assured Shorthold portfolio in a blended portfolio and property management position . Key areas of responsibility include: Portfolio management: Managing a prime portfolio of high‑value residential properties occupied by high‑net‑worth tenants. Lettings and marketing : Overseeing the full marketing and letting process, working closely with agents. Tenancy documentation. Renewals and rent reviews. Repairs and maintenance. Projects and larger works. Compliance and statutory records. Tenant and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have: A minimum of five years’ experience in the prime residential lettings sector, with a demonstrated background in both portfolio management and property management, ideally within Central or West London. Previous experience managing or supporting a high‑net‑worth residential portfolio. ARLA certification or an equivalent property management qualification. Excellent customer service skills. Strong legal and compliance knowledge. High personal standards of delivery. Diplomacy to navigate varying cultural communication styles. Residential negotiation acumen.
