A central London estate with a prime, high profile portfolio is seeking a Property Manager to join them on a fixed term contract until June of next year. Working on a multi-sector portfolio, the role will provide day-to-day property management support across the portfolio including:
- Delivery of Service Charge account management including periodic reviews of expenditure against budget.
- Management of property costs and procurement at both a property and estate level.
- Oversight and assistance with rent and service charge collection.
- Instructing and overseeing building surveyors to deliver projects.
- Regularly visit and undertake six-monthly, formal inspections of properties.
- Identify and recommend business opportunities that arise.
- Actively engage in community outreach programmes.
- Pro-actively engage with asset managers to ensure that Property Management and Asset Management are aligned.
The successful candidate will have
- Experience all core property management tasks including service charges, understanding of the S.20 process and detailed lease knowledge.
- Multi sector property management experience. Experience working on central London assets would be advantageous.
- MRICS, in the range of 2-3 years’ PQE though there is some flexibility on this
Remuneration will depend on prior experience but will be competitive and this person will also be eligible for a full suite of corporate benefits and a bonus (dependant on start date).
This is a rare opportunity to gain experience on one of the leading London estates working on an enviable prime portfolio.
