The Company A privately owned commercial property company is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Asset Management team in the day to day running and facilities management of their Central London managed office portfolio.
Role responsibilities:
- Based on site at one of the office locations with a roaming role around the London assets and shared responsibility for the day to day smooth running of the London sites.
- Being part of the property management team responsible for looking after Tenants.
- Gaining a particular understanding of the Hard Services set ups across all sites.
- Helping to monitor the PPM across all sites.
- Attending first call out for any issues coordinating necessary next steps.
- Understanding of IT and tech set ups in each building and providing basic tenant support.
- Responsibility for monitoring lift servicing and following up lift insurance inspections across all sites.
- Checking all scheduled statutory H.
