The Company – A dynamic, rapidly scaling PE backed developer operator in the global data centre market is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join their growing team working on high impact, high return projects.
The Role – Focused at corporate level this individual will support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, assisting in all phases of the deal lifecycle from sourcing to completion. Tasks will include:
- Building and maintaining financial models to inform investment decisions and scenario analysis
- Coordinating internal and external cross-functional workstreams
- Supporting capital markets activities, including preparing investor presentations
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Preparing high-quality investment committee materials
The Candidate – Candidates for this role must have:
- Experience in an investment focused analytical role at a top tier company with a PE background.
- M&A experience
- Excellent financial modelling skills and able to build detailed, transaction-grade models
- Strong academics from a top university
Data centre experience is highly desirable but not essential.
