The Company is a market leading investor developer in technical real estate, including life sciences, seeking a senior level Leasing Manager to join their growing team.

The Role involves leading leasing activity across a UK portfolio of science and innovation space, working across both operational assets and development projects. This includes partnering with occupiers, agents, and internal teams to bring specialist space to market and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing leasing transactions from first contact through to completion
  • Preparing and negotiating Heads of Terms
  • Driving occupancy and revenue across your portfolio
  • Contributing to how buildings are positioned and brought to market
  • Working across both existing assets and development projects
  • Translating occupier requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Working closely with development, asset management, and marketing teams

The Candidate is likely to offer:

  • A driven, motivated, and deal-focused mentality
  • At least 5 years of commercial real estate experience (current role level of AD or Director)
  • Experience leasing laboratory, technical, or office space
  • Able to manage leasing transactions independently from start to finish
  • Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
