A leading global investment manager with a multibillion-pound portfolio across Europe is seeking an Analyst/ Graduate Asset Manager to join the UK Asset Management team to work across their multi-sector UK portfolio. This individual will be responsible for providing analytical support to the team that is required for value-creation and generally assisting with asset management tasks.
Role Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain property cash flow models in Excel to support budgeting, valuation and investment decision making.
Prepare and maintain investment models to calculate investment returns and cash flow waterfalls.
Participate in the annual budgeting process and help prepare asset management plans.
Gather and analyse market data to understand each property\’s position in the market.
Provide assistance to asset managers on assets whilst under management, dispositions and refinancing.
Support the asset management and acquisition teams on various underwriting and due diligence activities.
Experience and Skills
One to two years\’ experience working in the commercial real estate industry in analysis, asset management, valuation or investment positions.
Education
Degree in Real Estate, Property Economics or Finance
RemunerationCompetitive salary depending on the skills and experience of the individual but likely to be up to £38,000, plus benefits and competitive bonus potential.
