A leading central London estate is seeking a Graduate Asset Manager to join their Commercial Asset Management Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising income and protecting and improving the long term value of the Estate, focusing on the central London retail and restaurant assets. This will involve tenant engagement, new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, refurbishment appraisals, property management and dilapidations. The candidate will also provide support to the wider Commercial Asset Management team by contributing to portfolio performance analytics.
This person will take an active role in obtaining their RICS professional qualification and they will receive help and support in achieving this.
Person Specification
The specification below outlines the essential traits a candidate should have to be considered for the role:
- Demonstrable interest in retail and F&B
- Basic understanding of the commercial property market
- Strong in Excel including an ability to analyse large datasets
Remuneration
Competitive salary depending on the skills and prior experience of the individual but likely to be up to £35,000.
