Our client is a dynamic and contemporary provider of flexible office space. The business has sustainability and community ingrained in their vision and values and creates a uniquely personal professional space. For their Glasgow site, our client is recruiting a General Manager to run their large and impressive building.

This individual will lead the building and oversee sales, development, compliance, team and member experience. Sales, relationship building, retention and networking will be this person’s personal areas of focus.

Key role objectives are:

  • Deliver, with your team, the location’s objectives.
  • Create, deliver and review the building’s annual business plan.
  • Manage performance of your direct reports.

This role would suit a driven, professional and values-focused individual with high standards.
