Managing a prime portfolio of high‑value residential properties occupied by high‑net‑worth tenants. Lettings and marketing : Projects and larger works. A minimum of five years’ experience in the prime residential lettings sector, with a demonstrated background in both portfolio management and property management, ideally within Central or West London. Previous experience managing or supporting a high‑net‑worth residential portfolio. ARLA certification or an equivalent property management qualification. Strong legal and compliance knowledge.
